Steverding has spent her career at the intersection of profit and purpose. As an early member of the TOMS Giving team, she played a key role in scaling their famous shoe-giving program to tens of millions of pairs of shoes. During her time at TOMS, she observed first hand the power of a mission-driven brand’s impact to change the world and build a profitable company. Steverding later joined the Special Olympics World Games where she worked closely with Corporate Sponsors, including Toyota, Google, and Westfield, on the largest sporting and humanitarian event in the world in 2015.
