OCCO purpose is to provide an organized framework to promote, preserve and enhance the quality of life and values in the neighborhood. To encourage the common good and general welfare of the community. A volunteer group run for and by the residents; the organization focuses on making the community a better place to live by addressing issues that adversely affects the people. Such as; crime prevention, housing, and economic development, youth & education and church/business/government partnerships.
