THE PURPOSE OF THE FOUNDATION IS TO PROMOTE HIGHER EDUCATION IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA, TO RAISE AND RECEIVE FUNDS FOR THE SUPPORT AND ENHANCEMENT OF THE FORT VALLEY STATE UNIVERSITY (FVSU), AND TO AID FVSU IN ITS DEVELOPMENT AS A LEADING EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION.
