Spirit Rising Foundation's mission is to share with all, the teachings of Kundalini yoga and yogic lifestyle. We reach out to underserved communities and offer free yoga and meditation classes to children, at-risk youths, families, and adults, and also sponsor and train yoga teachers to serve in these communities.
