To support its vision, the GEPYIH provides enabling opportunities and mentorship for youth progression, sustainability and prosperity in an efficient and professional manner: -The skills levels of youth and the community are raised; - There is a healthy balance between supply and demand in the labour market; - There are diverse, flexible routes available and systems for initial and in-service education and training; - A variety of career paths is available; - The quality of training provided is continuously improved; - Internal and external communication is effective in order to advance national human resource and skills development; - Create awareness through dialogue and interaction for collaboration with community and stakeholders.
