SWBA runs volunteer-led, 3-on-3 half-court basketball leagues and training for women aged 50+ in the San Diego area, promoting lifelong fitness and community through organized play. The group also supports youth development by sponsoring girls (ages ~12–17) to attend basketball camps via a scholarship fund.
