Houston Chow Chow Connection is a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) that rescues, provides veterinary care for, and rehomes Chow Chows and chow-mixes. They also run foster and adoption programs, offer owner-surrender assistance to avoid shelter intake, and promote spay/neuter and education to prevent animal cruelty.
