Our Mission
Entryway Arizona transitions individuals and families at risk of or experiencing homelessness to economic self-sufficiency by providing career training, full-time employment, and housing opportunities in partnership with the real estate industry.
Our Impact
In November 2022, Martika was living in a shelter with her preschool daughter after experiencing difficulties in her family. She found out about Entryway through our referring partner, Maggie’s Place, but she was afraid to take the first step to even apply. She didn’t believe she could have a career instead of working in entry level jobs the rest of her life. She courageously decided to go for it, and with support from Entryway, was hired as a leasing agent at an AMC property in Phoenix, AZ. Today Martika has graduated from Entryway’s program with a year of experience as a leasing agent under her. She is looking forward to continuing her career in the multifamily industry. Martika is grateful for the opportunity Entryway afforded her and is most proud of one thing….being a mom who provides for her daughter.
