To transform the lives of children and youth who experience significant challenges that places them at-risk of underachievement and school failure by providing programs and services that (1) address educational, social, cultural, and economic needs; (2) promote educational equity in closing the gap between opportunity and achievement;(3) offer opportunities for experiential learning that improve academic and social skills that will lead to a quality way of life from youth to adulthood.
