The following shares an impact story as told from the perspective of a senior deputy district attorney our Analysis Team has supported over the years. "One example includes a young woman who was trafficked by a dangerous offender with a history of violence. Guardian Group found her posting online and referred the information to our location sheriff's office to investigate. A successful mission allowed us to prosecute this trafficker and connect with the victim; but a short while after a grand jury issued an indictment our victim disappeared. We heard through various sources that she was taken/moved to another state by another trafficker connected to our defendant. We feared for her life but we could not locate her whereabouts. My office reached out to Guardian Group for help. Within forty-eight hours, the group found her online posting in another state. Our law enforcement was able to connect with their counterparts down south to confirm her location and that she had a new trafficker. We were able to bring her back home and reunite the victim with her family. Guardian Group found her not once, but twice, allowing us to rescue her from the life."
