One in four American children are being raised by single moms. Despite mothers best efforts, statistics show that these children suffer in a variety of ways. Meanwhile, the single mothers are plagued by feelings of guilt and inadequacy.Based on the premise that a single mother can be a professional "success" and a great parent, and the belief that neither the mother nor her children are limited in any way by this circumstance:It is the mission of Single Mom Strong to build a community based on common values while empowering single mothers and their children to be their best selves through enrichment, encouragement and educational programs.
