TO HELP FAMILIES WHO ARE ECONOMICALLY DISPLACED BY OFFERING AN ECONOMICAL SANCTUARY FOR THEIR PETS THEY CAN NO LONGER KEEP AND PROVIDE THE PUBLIC WITH HELP BY OFFERING LOW COST OR NO COST SERVICES FOR ANIMALS SUCH AS PERFORMING SURGERIES, REHABILITATIONS AND TREATMENTS.
