Phenomenal Young Women (PYW) is a 501(c) (3) organization that inspires young women to be their best while learning the necessary skills to become a leader. The skills learned through this organization will equip your young women to overcome adversity, build upon their strengths, and fortify their weaknesses. We provide resources for self-motivation and support through sisterhood.
Phenomenal Young Women’s mission is to foster an environment of resilience by inspiring young women of color through academics, social skills, entrepreneurship, health and wellness.
