Angels Wings advocates for pediatric palliative care and helps develop/support palliative care centers and programs for children. It partners with pediatric palliative centers (including a Beijing Pediatric Palliative Care Center) to provide day-program supports and to educate the public about palliative care so those services become more widely available.
