Paw Pact Rescue is a volunteer-run, foster-based animal welfare organization that rescues, rehabilitates, and places abandoned, abused, and neglected dogs and cats into permanent homes. They provide necessary veterinary care (spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchipping) and run community education and trap‑neuter‑return (TNR) efforts to reduce stray populations.
