Kingston Interval House has provided shelter and services for abused women and their children since 1975. Services include:
- 24-hour crisis and support line - Emergency shelter for women and children - Second Stage Housing for women and children that is affordable - Educational & recreational programs for children staying in the shelter - Healthy relationship and peer support groups for women and children -Personal safety planning, information, resources, referrals and advocacy -Outreach services: offering both individual and group counselling for women and children in the community Aboriginal Women's Program - counselling & leadership program French Outreach Program - counselling, advocacy & public education
