Habitat for Humanity Winnipeg builds homes for low-income working families to purchase through a no money down, interest free mortgage. Habitat families are selected through a rigorous process with the main criteria being the low-income guidelines set by Statistics Canada. Our administrative costs are covered primarily by our new and used building materials outlet, the ReStore, so 100% of ALL donations go directly to building homes.
