Our Need

A 2007 study done by Kleinfeldt Consultants Ltd., noted that “the building is generally over-capacity in terms of storage space, class size and parking”.

Structural Problems

Supply & Return Air Ventilation system needs to be upgraded, plumbing system is aged, roof leaks constantly, heating system is deficient.

Our Goal

Our goal is to build a state of the art facility to service our students, faculty, parents and community: wheel-chair accessible,a state-of-the-art learning centre for learning-disabled children,larger gyms & classrooms,dedicated auditorium,multipurpose break-out rooms,onsite cafeteria,larger hallways, separation of Elementary/JH & HS,increased parking,eliminate deficiencies,increase enrolment.

The Impact

Creation of 200+ jobs in general construction and skilled trades such as plumbing,electrical,landscaping trades and building maintenance; additional positions for faculty/support staff, tech personnel and building maintenance.
