Our team is made up of almost 50 members and we are always willing to recruit new members (both male & female). We have been to North Bay, Parry Sound, Huntsville, Midland, Pickering, Stratford, London, Port Perry, St. Catharines, Orillia, Windsor, Toronto GWN, as well as our hometown of Barrie. Some team members ventured to Darthmoth, Nova Scotia for an International Breast Cancer Festival. In 2007 members of the team ventured 'down under' to Australia for the Breast Cancer Survivor's Festival in September. We have also gone to New Orleans & Orlando, Florida for Festivals.
2012 was a special year as we celebrated our 10th year together. Together we are getting stronger, and strive for the day that we can proclaim a "future without breast cancer."
