Our Mission

The DLC believes that if we foster those positive human qualities that the Dalai Lama inspires in us - like compassion and mindfulness - through holistic learning and life practices, our children will flourish into communities of people who are socially and emotionally equipped to lead fulfilling, peaceful lives. The DLC's role is to: Educate the public, Convene thought leaders and experts, Advise policy makers and other circles of influence, and Apply research that will advance both the knowledge and practice of heart-mind well-being.
