Pasado’s Safe Haven has a uniquely comprehensive approach to fighting animal cruelty. In addition to investigating animal cruelty crimes and providing sanctuary and rehabilitation to animals who have suffered from abuse and neglect, we also advocate for better laws to protect animals and work to educate the public about how they help end animal cruelty

Blue Ridge Humane Society is a local animal welfare organization that rescues, shelters, and finds homes for companion animals while also providing community support services (low-cost clinics, pet food and vet assistance), spay/neuter programs, and public education to reduce pet overpopulation and strengthen the human–animal bond.

Animal Nation is a non-profit Wildlife Rescue & Rehabilitation Facility, Farm Animal Rescue & Sanctuary, and Domestic Animal Rescue & Adoption Center located in Westchester, NY & Norwalk, CT with a mission to eliminate cruelty to animals while spreading compassion into the hearts of all beings. For 20 years Animal Nation has been the go-to resource in Westchester, Rockland, Fairfield, and surrounding counties when it comes to wildlife, farm animals, and cats in need, receiving about 8,000 calls per-year.

The Humane Organization Representing Suffering Equines (H.O.R.S.E.) of Connecticut, Inc. is a non-profit, 501c3, all-volunteer organization dedicated to the rescue & rehabilitation of abused & neglected horses & ponies.  In accordance with our financial &  physical capabilities we are committed:    · To  rescue, shelter, protect, provide medical & overall care to abandoned, abused, neglected horses & ponies; rehabilitate the animals & find approved, permanent homes.  · To promote the humane & ethical treatment of horses & animals in general. · To assist horse owners with problems concerning their horses. · To educate the public in the humane & proper care of horses.

Pets for Patriots' mission is to consistently give the gifts of fidelity, joy and companionship to both pet and person. Our mission is a call to duty to: Facilitate hard-to-place shelter animal adoptions by military personnel, working with our network of member shelters, veterinarians and other pet care providers Improve the well-being of service personnel through companion pet adoption, a humane way of easing the stresses of military transitions as service members return from deployment, re-enter civilian life or retire Foster education and awareness of the causes, conditions and numbers of animals relinquished to shelters each year in the United States, enjoining individuals around the country to our cause Educating the military community and the public about the numerous benefits of adult shelter pet adoption

SINCE MARCH OF 2011 OUR TEAM HAS RESCUED OVER 3,000 DOGS FROM HIGH-KILL, RURAL SHELTERS IN AL, FL, GA, LA, NC, SC, TX, KY AND WV AND FOUND THEM GREAT FOREVER HOMES.Badass Animal Rescue is an all-breed dog rescue based in Brooklyn, NY. We are a 501(c)3 volunteer-run nonprofit of rescuers, fosters, and volunteers who work together to rescue, rehabilitate, and find homes for sweet, loving, adoptable dogs from high-kill pounds in the rural south.Upon rescue, we spay/neuter, vaccinate, test for heartworm, provide flea and heartworm preventatives, and deworm. We also treat illnesses, such as heartworm and necessary surgeries for dogs with serious injuries. Badass has no shelter space and relies on our dedicated foster families to house, care for, and train our dogs before adoption.

BINA Farm Center (BFC) brings together individuals with and without special needs by offering a variety of inclusive enrichment programs that help them to both thrive personally and make their best contribution towards the communities in which they live. BFC provides a comprehensive therapeutic and recreational environment utilizing Equine-Assisted Activities and Therapies, Vocational Training Programs and Creative and Complementary Therapies for children and adults with physical, developmental and emotional challenges.
