OUR MISSION IS TO SAVE ANIMALS FROM HIGH KILL SHELTERS AND UNITE THEM WITH THEIR FOREVER FAMILIES IN THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST. WE WERE ESTABLISHED TO HONOR THE TRAUMA AND TURMOIL THAT WE ALL ENDURE, AND TO GROW AND PERSERVE THROUGH OUR RELATIONSHIPS WITH ANIMALS.

We are an all-volunteer, foster home based, dachshund dog rescue organization based in Central Florida, although we do work in other states as fosters become available. We do not have a physical shelter. Instead, we operate primarily through our foster homes, online databases such as Facebook and other social media, and at adoption events/expos.

To rescue, rehabilitate and rehome abandoned and abused rabbits. To be an educational source for the proper care of domestic rabbits and provide a pet therapy program for the community.

We are Pet Sitters Care, a nationwide network of professional pet sitters dedicated to helping rescues, shelters and other animal-related nonprofits. Our love and care for animals is not only our career, it is a life-long passion! Our founder, Robin Perdue, has more than twenty-years' experience in the pet care industry. She is the owner of one of Austin and Dallas' longest running and most respected pet sitting companies, VIP Pet Services. She also served as the Executive Director of a Central Texas animal rescue. ​ Our primary goal is to organize fundraising events and provide financial support to animal shelters, rescues and welfare organizations. We are committed to nurturing strong partnerships with animal organizations to enhance their capabilities and collective impact in saving animal lives.

Working with other animal welfare organizations, to make Bastrop County a community where:• The Bastrop County Animal Shelter is able to place all healthy and behaviorally-sound animals that are surrendered to them into good homes, or transfer them to other humane organizations;• The Bastrop County Animal Shelter always has room for the intake of animals needing assistance;• Animals within the Bastrop County Animal Shelter live with minimal stress during their stay;• Every dog and cat outside of the Bastrop County Animal Shelter is cared for responsibly.

To end economic euthanasia! Significantly reduce companion animal suffering and overpopulation throughout theworld, through safe and efficient sterilization techniques, education, and adoption.

Friends of La Porte County Animal Shelters, Inc. is organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes in accordance with Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The mission of Friends of La Porte County Shelters, Inc. is to improve animal welfare by supplementing the work of the area shelters. This foundation strives to decrease pet overpopulation, promote adoption, fostering, and rescuing of sheltered animals, educate the public about responsible pet ownership, and help provide alternatives to pet owners who may otherwise surrender their pets to animal shelters.

Jenks Ranch and Rescue is a non-profit rescue dedicated to taking in abandoned, unwanted, abused, and neglected animals great and small. Giving the individual animal the veterinary, supportive, and loving care they need to prepare them for a future loving and caring home. Additionally, we assist with the prevention of future abandoned and abused animals by educating pet owners and future generations how to respect, conserve, care, and protect animals and the environment they live in. Jenks Ranch and Rescue focuses its efforts throughout the state of Florida with networking other rescues within the entire United States.
