PALS' mission is to help end pet overpopulation and pet homelessness in Central Texas. Established as a 501(c)(3) non-profit in 1990, PALS subsidizes spay/neuter vouchers for pets of those in need. PALS is dedicated to promoting responsible pet ownership through our programs of free spay/neuter, humane education, pet food pantry, cat rescue and adoptions, and TNRM( trap, neuter, return, maintain)..

The Nova Scotia Society for the Prevention of Cruelty (Nova Scotia SPCA): Protecting animals from cruelty since 1877, the Nova Scotia SPCA is a registered charity, comprised of a network of Branches, which rely primarily on volunteers and donations to fund animal protection; care and rehabilitation; advocacy; and humane education. The Act to Protect Animals and Aid Animals in Distress mandates the Society to enforce animal cruelty laws, making the Nova Scotia SPCA unique among animal welfare organizations in the province. The Saskatchewan Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Saskatchewan SPCA) is a registered charity dedicated to the welfare of animals. We encourage the humane treatment of animals through the education of owners and caregivers and the enforcement of animal protection legislation. Funded in part by the Ministry of Agriculture, we investigate and resolve reports of animal cruelty throughout the province. Our Animal Protection Officers provide guidance and education on responsible animal husbandry practices for both pets and livestock. The Saskatchewan SPCA operates with the support of our members, donors and volunteers, as well as the many concerned citizens who report suspected animal abuse and neglect.

The Ontario SPCA is a registered charitable organization operating on the principal that no one has the right to cause physical or mental pain or suffering to animals. The Ontario SPCA is the umbrella organization for all recognized humane societies in Ontario and the only animal welfare organization in the province authorized by provincial statute (The Ontario SPCA Act) to protect animals. The mission of Monmouth County Society For The Prevention Of Cruelty To Animals is to protect and advocate for all animals. We are dedicated to enforcing animal cruelty laws; providing a safe haven for homeless, abused and abandoned pets while they await adoption; reducing pet over-population through spay/neutering; and cultivating their humane treatment through education and service as a valuable community resource.
