Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care Shelter, Inc. (BARCS), is a non-profit organization created in July 2005 to take over the operations of the city shelter and to work directly with Baltimore City Animal Control. We take in homeless, neglected, and unwanted animals in Baltimore City. BARCS' mission is to accept and care for all animals in need and promote responsible pet ownership for a more humane community in Baltimore City.

Northeast Animal Shelter is a non-profit, no-kill organization dedicated to saving unwanted dogs and cats by placing them in permanent homes. NEAS' innovative programs include Canine and Feline Rescue, Community Outreach, Humane Education. NEAS is focused on dealing with the problem of overpopulation and humane treatment of animals.

To provide a cage-free, no-kill shelter for our rescued animals where they can experience the best care in a loving environment until they are adopted. To find permanent, loving, homes for our rescued animals. To inform the public about pet overpopulation, promote sterilization and provide information for low-cost high-quality spay/neuter organizations.

FUR & FEATHER ANIMAL SANCTUARY Our goal is EMPTY CAGES and FOREVER HOMES FUR & FEATHER ANIMAL SANCTUARY a 501(c)(3) is organized exclusively for charitable, and educational purposes, more specifically for helping homeless and un-wanted animals with medical care, adoption in a no-kill safe environment, fight against animal cruelty, educate the public on the importance of spay/neuter, the basic care of animals, and the rehabilitation of wildlife. We have only just begun and need your support - Our goal is to build the first fully solar powered 65 acre no-kill sanctuary in California to be the over-flow for the city and county shelters, while assisting traditional rescues with medical and a foster program. We are currently fundraising to buy land and build homes where animals can live in healthy surroundings until they are adopted. This environment will protect and allow all animals to live to see their full potential~
