Diamonds in the Ruff Animal Rescue, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization based in Niagara County, New York. Our mission is simple: to provide foster homes for companion cats and dogs in need. We are strictly volunteer-based and rely on foster homes for our animals. We believe in the sentiment of “no animal left behind" and do our best to work with other rescue and shelter organizations to secure loving homes for all animals.

They are a small group of dedicated foster homes working one animal at a time to bring down the number of homeless companion animals.
