The mission of People for Animals, Inc. is to prevent animal suffering through affordable essential healthcare, public policy advocacy, and community programs. We believe in a healthy, happy life for every animal.

Sammy's Hope is an animal welfare organization dedicated to providing programs and services that help prevent homelessness in the pet population, improve the lives of homeless animals, and find homeless animals forever homes.

To prevent neglect, abuse, cruelty, and exploitation of animals and to assure that their interests and well being are protected by an aware and caring society. To humanely care for these animals until good, caring homes can be found.

The organization prevents cruelty, abuse, neglect, and overpopulation of companion animals by sheltering and placing animals in compatible homes, providing county animal-control services, and educating the community about humane care.

The CNYSPCA was founded in 1891 for the purpose of preventing abuse to draft animals pulling barges on the Erie Canal. It has grown over the years to provide protection for and to prevent cruelty to all animals. The CNYSPCA provides shelter, care and medical attention for stray, unwanted and abused animals, with strong emphasis on placing these animals in loving, responsible homes. No animal is euthanized for the sole purpose of making room for more. With active education and cruelty investigation programs, it is the mission of the CNYSPCA to make their community a kinder place for all animals.

The organization's mission is to provide for the foster care, adoption and placement of rescued cats and kittens into permanent homes, to care for homeless cats, to educate the public on the need to spay and neuter pets, to prevent cruelty to animals
