The mission of DuPage Animal Friends is to strengthen the lifesaving, compassionate and innovative initiatives at the county shelter. We partner with the shelter to understand the needs of our community's animals, providing financial resources and advocacy on their behalf. Our vision is that DuPage County will be a community where all pets have a home.

Founded in 1900 by M. Jennie Kendall, the NH Humane Society has gradually evolved into the organization it is today - assuring each animal exceptional care and comfort, gentle behavioral support, excellent medical treatment and specific adoption guidelines. Today we are a private, nonprofit animal welfare organization that is proud to serve the people and animals in the communities we serve and rely 100% on donations from the public. Come rain or shine, blizzard, or heat wave, our dedicated staff and volunteers strive to make a difference in the lives of the animals 365 days of the year. We strive to make the animals stay as short as possible, but no matter how long the wait, we are pledged to find a forever home for all.

DOVE Project - Dogs of Violence Exposed - was created to support the end of the Dog Meat Trade in Asia. We believe that ultimate change must come from within the country. To that end, the scope of our work integrates rescue efforts, education and advocacy in both S Korea and the US.

The Mary S. Roberts Pet Adoption Center strives to eliminate the suffering of homeless cats and dogs by providing humane care for pets in transition, facilitating adoptions to good homes, supporting pet overpopulation education, and supporting sterilization of companion animals.

Here at TAP, we give voice to the voiceless and our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and find them the best homes possible. The Animal Pad was founded in 2010 because we saw a dire need for action in our local shelter systems. Millions of dogs are put to sleep every year in shelters across America and we need to change that. We hope that TAP can put a dent in those numbers and help to greatly reduce the amount of dogs that are euthanized every day by educating the public on the importance of spay/neutering their pets, adopting vs. buying.and treating dogs with the love and respect they so deserve. The Friends of the Fairfax County Animal Shelter (FFCAS) is an all-volunteer organization which was founded in 2006 to support the Fairfax County Animal Shelter and to help improve the quality of life of companion animals in our community. By supporting the FFCAS, you help us in our mission to: - Provide additional resources and aid to our local animal shelter - Promote the adoption of homeless dogs, cats, birds, small mammals and reptiles in Fairfax County - Educate the community on the importance of spaying and neutering pets

Braveheart Bulliez Rescue (formerly Two Tailz Rescue) rescues, rehabilitates, and rehomes homeless, abused, and neglected dogs primarily in Georgia and the Southeast. The group provides medical care, foster placement and transport, and also advocates/educates against breed-specific legislation and other forms of animal bullying to reduce shelter euthanasia.

Pepper’s Senior Dog Sanctuary provides a compassionate, loving, lifelong home where elderly dogs are cared for during their good days, bad days, and last days.We provide senior and special needs dogs with a compassionate, forever home, at our family-operated, veterinarian-supervised sanctuary. We care for our dogs for all the days of their lives, including hospice needs. We are the premier “dog retirement community” for canines who need us most. We fill a unique need and space in senior dog sanctuaries. While you won’t find shuffleboard at our sanctuary, our seniors have other amenities and supports that make Pepper’s a well-deserved luxury for dogs.

Our mission is to reduce the number of abused and abandoned dogs by working with state sponsored shelters and Shelter organizations in the Mid-Atlantic region. We rescue, foster and find caring adoptive homes for these neglected dogs where they may thrive and to grow into loving companion animals.

The mission of Little Victories is to rescue homeless animals and provide the means by which they can be rehabilitated and find permanent, loving homes. Little Victories will spread the no-kill philosophy and educate the public about humane care and respect for all living things. Little Victories believes that each animal should be treated for its individual needs and that each one deserves every chance of living a safe, loving, and protected life.

Nashville Humane Association is committed to finding responsible homes, controlling pet overpopulation and promoting the humane treatment of animals.

Our mission is to help provide financial sustainability to the Cheyenne Animal Shelter.
