We are an equine rescue whose large ambitions include rescuing horses and donkeys from the feed lots who would otherwise be shipped across the border to be slaughtered for human consumption and use. We provide them with medical attention and most importantly, finding them the loving homes they deserve. Furthermore, we use different community programs to further rehabilitate the horses, who in return help to rehabilitate the individuals in these programs.

The mission of 4 Paws for Ability is to: - Enrich the lives of children with disabilities by the training and placement of quality, task trained service dogs to provide increased independence for the children and assistance to their families. - Enrich the lives of veterans from recent conflicts who have lost the use of their limbs or their hearing while in active combat. - Educate the public to accept the use of service dogs in public places. - Assist with animal rescue when possible.

Turning for Home Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing and rehabbing retired racehorses needing a second chance. We work tirelessly to provide the medical care, training, and loving attention that these horses deserve. Canine Companions for Independence is a nonprofit that enhances the lives of people with disabilities by providing expertly trained service dogs and ongoing support to ensure quality partnerships at no cost to clients. The Southwest Training Center is one of six regional training centers located across the nation! We primarily serve residents of Arizona, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Southern California, Southern Nevada, and Hawaii. Our dogs are matched with children (age 5+), adults, and Veterans with disabilities, as well as with professionals working with vulnerable populations in healthcare, criminal justice, and educational settings.

For 121 years, The Animal Rescue League of Boston (ARL) has responded to the needs of animals and the people who care about them. In fact, we are often the first to respond. With over 520 dedicated volunteers and 100 staff members, ARL lends unwavering support to local animals, families, and neighborhoods. We provide outstanding veterinary care, adoption, and rescue services. We also confront the root causes of animal cruelty and neglect through special police investigation and advocacy aimed at strengthening the laws that protect animals. Last year alone, we served more than 16,000 animals in need.
