Promoting Sustainable Business through Marine Conservation. To do so, we will Activate and Empower the Recreational Fishing Community and Represent it and its Voice at the Federal, Regional, and State levels. We will speak up in an organized and cohesive manner across all fronts. We are going to let managers and politicians know that we are here and that we count. The Town Council of Pawleys Island enthusiastically supports the South Carolina United Turtle Enthusiasts (S.C.U.T.E.). Since its beginning at Pawleys, SCUTE has initiated volunteer programs at beaches from Little River to Debordieu.
