Clown Me In, known as Awrad Association, was created for the purpose of spreading laughter, providing relief to disadvantaged communities, addressing trauma, discrimination and environmental problems and abuses through clowning, laughter and social therapy workshops. We also aim to take the arts outside of the capital, giving disadvantaged and/or rural communities access to arts and culture. Clown Me In has worked around the world, in Mexican, Lebanese, Palestinian, Indian, Brazilian, Moroccan, Jordanian, Syrian, Greek and British communities.

We are a Network of Mexican Women's organizations from Mexico and United States, united by the recognition of a shared indigenous heritage, searching to re-value and preserve our cultures through the construction of a system of fair commercial exchange.

We offer alternative education to the indigenous youth in the northern highlands of Puebla, so that they are able to build life projects worthy of their talents, interests , roots and knowledge

Mission: Develop, implement and disseminate a holistic, contextualized and individualized education capable of fully developing each child's capacities.

Establish centers to educate children and youth who are exposed on street risks, which function as spaces for developing positive and constructive ways coexistence and social interaction through human development programs and comprehensive prevention.

To produce a high-quality cultural magazine that can provide a source of legitimate income to those who need it. To reinsert socially and economically excluded sectors of the Mexico City population into society. We focus on particularly vulnerable sectors, such as: homeless, transgender, pensioners and refugees, since it's extremely difficult for them to acquire formal income opportunities. We place great emphasis on personal confidence and the development of social skills that are essential to the work place, through creative workshops.

We are a hybrid ideas studio and consultancy collective working at the intersection of activism, philanthropy and art. Guided by principles of feminism, friendship and care, our work here seeks to understand, engage with and transform the world we live in.

Mission statement.

To support grassroots initiatives which promote the sustainability and Independence of communities in Oaxaca. Our vision is to generate social-environmental consciousness and sustainable production in the Oaxacan countryside. Our major goals include: Securing the sustainability of natural resources in the communities here we work. Reducing the health risks associated with rural life in Oaxaca. Supporting resistance to consumerism and Independence from corporations and governments. Increasing community member's level of self-esteem, wellbeing and happiness. Increasing the level of people's satisfaction with community life. Objectives / Activities 1) Develop a working model sustainable homestead based on village life in Oaxaca. 2) Foster self-sustaining businesses that support women, families and local economies. 3) Preserve and promote biological diversity. 4) Protect cultural heritage and traditions. 5) Promote and support community-wide projects that foster social-environmental sustainability 6) Promote and support projects that improve domestic health 7) Augment household food self-sufficiency and community food sovereignty. 8) Engage local people and returning migrants in sustainable community development. 9) Support education and training for sustainable management of local initiatives, organizations and businesses. 10) Support and promote fair trade initiatives and collective marketing of village-made products. 11) Establish access to information on alternatives in health, economy, agriculture, society, etc.
