DOMINE is feminist, non-governmental, non-profitable organization, established in 2002 with a purpose of promoting women's rights and encouraging development of civil society. Organization's basic activities are education, video production, publishing, public campaigns and direct counseling and support. Domine acts regularly on: economical and political women's empowerment, advocacy of gender mainstreaming policies implementation and politics of equal opportunities, prevention of violence against women in all forms, promoting prevention of sexual and reproductive women's rights, direct legal, psychological and medical support to women, raising awareness of media responsibility regarding women's rights promotion, researching women's past/history of Split and Dalmatia, cooperation and networking with feminist and civil society organizations on local, national and international level, publishing and development of the first feminist library in Split and Dalmatia, media visibility of civil society, capacity strengthening of civil society organizations, cooperation of civil society organizations and local government units with a common goal of democracy promotion and the quality of life in society, stimulating of social entrepreneurship and self-financing.

MARL holds a variety of innovative set of educational activities public events, including an annual Human Rights Film Festival and public lectures. MARL works in schools helping develop teachers’ skills to help support curriculum and run the 'Leadership in Social Justice Program'. This unique approach inspires youth about social justice issues and empowers them to take action by building the skills to run programs focusing on issues in their communities. MARL works to change policies to uphold rights through legislative review by preparing briefs and studies at all levels of government. MARL also provides referral and legal information in response to inquiries from individuals. For young people interested in learning about their rights, MARL has developed the Under 18 Handbook, a Legal Guide for Manitoba Teens. This free handbook is available in hardcopy and on our website.

Our primary purpose is to increase public awareness of women’s achievements and their roles in history and to provide positive public images of women and girls. To fulfill these purposes, Wild West Women, Inc. will, with a particular emphasis on films concerning women’s issues, women’s history and women creators: produce educational films and accompanying educational materials; distribute educational films and videos to the general public; provide training in independent and educational film making, with special efforts to include women and girls of diverse cultures; and provide and sponsor other public educational film, video and arts activities. Women of Color Unite (WOCU) is a social action organization focusing on fair access, fair treatment and fair pay for women of color in all aspects of the entertainment and media industries.

Women of Note is a community choir in Winnipeg for women interested in singing together to make a joyful noise. Founded by artistic director, Patricia Rabson in 1994 the choir provides women with an opportunity to sing together in a spirit of sisterhood and friendship. The choir has evolved into a strong choral instrument known for its dynamic, musical performance and established itself as a leader in the choral community.

Our mission is to raise public awareness, provide educational outlets, use specialized programming, assist and encourage refugee women, girls and families displaced by the Darfur conflict so they may re-establish personal empowerment and flourishing communities in the face of adversity. Darfur Women Network, Inc. works with both refugees in Chad and those who have immigrated to the United States. We work to empower Darfuri women so that they can help their families, and therefore their communities.

Founded in 1976, Working Women Community Centre is a non-profit and charitable organization that provides immigrant women and their families with opportunities to improve the quality of their lives through self-development and community action. WEAD is a pioneering network of feminist eco­artists, educators, curators, and writers working toward the goal of a just and healthy world. We focus on women’s unique perspective in ecological and social justice art. WEAD maintains an invaluable website (weadartists.org) that serves as a virtual gallery of eco­artists work, connects artists and curators with exhibition opportunities, and educates and enlightens through its groundbreaking WEAD Magazine.

We are a project founded in 2018 which uses equality, art and sport as tools for social change. With our work we seek to re-dignify spaces that promote community integration and carry out training activities to improve opportunities for girls, boys and young people. All of this is made possible through alliances with brands, corporations and the government to activate spaces with different proposals.
