Chicago North Chinese School

Chicago North Chinese School (“CNCS”) was founded in 1981 with the mission to provide a superb learning environment in Chinese language and culture for families in the Chicago area. CNCS offers Chinese language courses and culture related activities for students ranging from kindergarten to high school and adults as well. The school is a non-profit organization supported by the voluntary services of 15 administrative officers and more than 20 teachers, most of whom are parents of enrolled students.

The Society of Ontario Freethinkers (SOFREE) is a dynamic secular fellowship that promotes freethought, critical thinking, dignity and equality for humanists, atheists, agnostics, and skeptics. We provide a social network for members, run a video production service that promotes freethought, social justice, critical thinking, and Humanist culture, provide educational resources for teachers of high school world religions courses, support the Good Without God KW publicity campaign of the KW Atheist Alliance.

Currently, due to the hard work and generosity of many volunteers, we have funding available for music education projects for schools hoping to enhance their music programs. CADME membership is open to any individual or organization who has an interest in music education in the greater Calgary area.

At the present time only 41% of children in Sierra Leone have the opportunity to go to primary school and only 9% go on to attend secondary school due to the lack of financial and educational resources and the lack of schools. The unlucky ones, the ones who do not have the advantages that come with education, are left to suffer and fend for themselves in an unstable environment. There is only one teacher for every 70 students. Please help us break the cycle of poverty by education today's youth

DELTA COMMUNITY MUSIC SCHOOL SOCIETY

Our mission is to bring the best musicians and teachers of the Lower Mainland to Delta. Our school serves the needs of Ladner, Tsawwassen, North Delta, and other communities in the Lower Mainland. We offer private music lessons in clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, trombone, guitar, piano, voice, violin, viola, cello, choir, band, jazz ensemble, Music Theory and History. We also administer outreach programs including the Thrive City String Boot Camp and the South Delta Jazz Festival and Workshop.
