Soundscapes provides free, intensive music education and ensemble performance opportunities for underserved children and young people on the Virginia Peninsula. The Wisconsin Public Radio Association raises funds, stewards gifts, and advocates on behalf of Wisconsin Public Radio so the network can produce and distribute statewide news, cultural programming, and music.
