Texas Advocacy Project’s mission is to end dating and domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking in Texas. Texas Advocacy Project empowers survivors through free legal services and access to the justice system, and advances prevention through public outreach and education. Our vision is that all Texans live free from abuse.

The Kindness Institute's mission is to empower marginalised rangatahi (youth) in Aotearoa (New Zealand) to transform their mental health and wellbeing, and that of those around them, through programmes guided by Te Whare Tapa Wha (an indigenous health model). Our programmes are designed to develop mindfulness, resilience and leadership skills, so that young people have the tools to overcome challenges, improve their wellbeing and live meaningful lives. There is a well-documented need for this work in New Zealand. For example, research for the Prime Minister's Mental Health Project showed one in five young people will be affected by depression by the age of 18, and almost one in five meet the criteria for an anxiety disorder by 19. New Zealand has one of the highest rates of teen suicide in the developed world, with Maori disproportionately represented. Moreover, the Covid-19 pandemic and extensive lockdowns have exacerbated this youth mental health crisis in the country.

We are a group of volunteers bound by the common goal of making the difference in preventing future genocides. We run multiple educational activities in the US and in Ukraine, as well as commemoration programs in multiple locations in Ukraine We seek to educate about the devastating and everlasting consequence of genocide, to honor and commemorate those who perished in the Shoah, and to promote peaceful coexistence, inclusiveness and cross-cultural interactions.

Associacao Viva a Vida's mission is the empowerment of adolescents and young people within a context of social risk so that they can make healthy choices and develop self-esteem, autonomy and control over their lives; the work focuses on educational, artistic, cultural, socio-environmental, sport and leisure activities, and community mobilization for the prevention of drug abuse, to combat violence and guarantee Human Rights.

NOMAF expands the services of the NOMC and its mission to keep New Orleans music ALIVE by sustaining New Orleans’ traditional music cultures. We do this by providing cost-efficient access to comprehensive, wellness education and preventive health care, mental health and social services. Regardless of the patients’ ability to pay, NOMC is the medical home for more than 2,500 local musicians and tradition bearers.
