The mission of the American Museum of Natural History is to discover, interpret, and disseminate - through scientific research and education - knowledge about human cultures, the natural world, and the universe.

The Outer Loop is a volunteer-based collaboration, driven by the challenge of enriching our world with important, inspiring and transformative theatrical experiences, while at the same time, encouraging and developing the work of emerging playwrights and all artists.

Backdoor Theatre is a non-profit community theatre. Our mission is to promote the performing arts through education, leadership development, and volunteerism, while providing quality entertainment to the Greater Wichita Falls area. Backdoor has a reputation for producing high quality Broadway-style productions. We have two stages, the Main Stage and Dinner Stage, which have produced over 600 productions and concerts. Established in 1971, Backdoor Theatre was originally in the basement of the Weeks Mansion at Kell & Harrison. Theatre patrons entered through the door around back, which created the name “Backdoor Theatre”. After a couple of years we moved to a building at 10th and Travis, finally moving to our current location in 1976. Our current location was donated by W Erle White. It was originally People’s Ice House and was built in 1920. Backdoor raised the floor in the tower to create the Main Stage Theatre and its lobby. Most of the work was done by volunteers and a lot of generous donations. If you look closely you can still see the crane pulley at the top of the tower in the Main Stage Theatre. The thick brick walls create a terrific acoustic sound, not to mention great insulation. In 1981 we opened the Dinner Theatre. Instead of raising the floor we built levels from the ground up to create a unique and intimate atmosphere for a perfect theatre experience. ​ Over the past 4 years we have added wheelchair accessibility throughout the theatre, including wheelchair accessible restrooms, and a redesigned courtyard. We are continually improving our facility to accommodate our patrons, volunteers and supporters.

On Cue is committed to teaching life skills to underserved youth in Omaha through the theater arts. Our performing arts program encompasses dance, music, and drama for schools serving low income students in Omaha at no cost to the school.

The mission of the THEA Foundation is to advocate the importance of art in the development of our youth through educational and promotional activities and to encourage individual participation in art through scholarship, partnership, and other programs.

The San Francisco Green Film Festival is a non-profit organization dedicated to screening compelling environmental films; connecting you to filmmakers & experts; and sparking green ideas & actions. As the leading movement for films and conversations about people and the planet, our mission is to educate and connect communities through forward-thinking programs of environmental films, dialogues, and action opportunities.

To prepare all our students as model Muslims who excel academically, socially, and spiritually to succeed in higher education and/ or their future endeavors. We will achieve this by providing a healthy learning environment, adherence to Islamic practices based on Quran and the traditions of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and collaboration between school, students, parents, and community.

The Lilly Awards Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to celebrate the work of women in the theater and promote gender parity at all levels of theatrical production.

The mission of the Firehouse (Society for the Development of Arts and Humanities) is to advance the arts and humanities in the Greater Newburyport region by: -Fostering the growth and development of the individual artists and cultural organizations through its programs and services. -Stimulating understanding of and participation in the arts and humanities, and presenting, sponsoring and producing a broad range of cultural, educational and artistic programs.

Spectrum Laboratory empowers artists on the autism spectrum to create original works of film and music. We provide collaboration with professionals and help our student artists learn the skills of their craft. We encourage a creative environment that educates and entertains. Whatever challenges or disabilities our artists face, our mission is to let them be heard!

Established in 1994, JazzReach is a nationally recognized, NYC-based not-for-profit organization dedicated to fostering a greater appreciation, awareness and understanding of our great american jazz tradition. Since the premiere of our debut program in 1997, JazzReach has successfully positioned itself as the nation’s leading provider of live educational programming on the subject and our broad array of signature live educational programs and services have impacted over a half million young people in partnership with many of the country’s most esteemed performing arts presenters.
