The organization honors Arkansas military veterans and promotes public awareness of their service and accomplishments. It maintains a Hall of Fame (including a display at the state capitol) and holds an annual induction banquet to recognize selected veterans.

The National Women’s History Museum educates, inspires, empowers, and shapes the future by integrating women's distinctive history into the culture and history of the United States. Until legislation passes in Congress designating a permanent museum in Washington, D.C., the NWHM promotes women's history through its temporary exhibits, special events and programs, online museum, online educational materials and social media.

The Museum of Arts and Design champions contemporary makers across creative fields, presenting artists, designers, and artisans who apply the highest level of ingenuity and skill to their work. Since the Museum’s founding in 1956 by philanthropist Aileen Osborn Webb, MAD has celebrated all facets of making and the creative processes by which materials are transformed, from traditional techniques to cutting-edge technologies. The Museum’s curatorial program builds upon a rich history of exhibitions that emphasize a cross-disciplinary approach to art and design. MAD provides an international platform for practitioners who are influencing the direction of cultural production and fostering a participatory setting for visitors.

The mission of the Academy of Natural Sciences is the encouragement and cultivation of the sciences.

CuriOdyssey, a science park for children, incorporates the foundations of the former Coyote Point Museum, but with a new vision. We are a stellar learning center that offers children a comprehensive introduction to the sciences. Our interactive science exhibits, exciting wildlife encounters, and engaging education programs give children authentic learning experiences that help develop an appreciation of the role of science in our lives. We provide the tools and experiences for children to learn and discover the fundamentals of physics, chemistry, biology, and geology by engaging them directly with scientific phenomena – animals, air, sound, water, plants, magnetism, and more. Through such interactions, we help to educate and inspire future leaders and innovators.

Los Altos History Museum gathers and presents stories and artifacts that bridge the past and the present to challenge establish narratives by fostering the creative energy of staff and volunteers, producing engaging education exhibits and programs. Founded in 1977 as a grassroots community volunteer organization, we have grown over the last 45 years to be a mission-driven organization working to help residents of Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Mountain View, Palo Alto, and Cupertino make sense of our changing world and our own place in it. Our vision is to be the premier local center for creating a sense of belonging for everyone living and working in the area across multiple generations and multiple ethnicities.
