With a minimal budget of grants and donations, we have become a gathering site for students, artists and volunteers with all kinds of skills to restore the: 1876 log cabin,1873-1904 farmhouse,1913 early curio natural history roadside museum cabin, which may date back to the early 1880's,1898 barn, and we are also trying to preserve 130 years of books, letters, journals, receipts, photographs, artifacts into an accessible on site and online library.

The UMLAUF Sculpture Garden & Museum exhibits the work of Charles Umlauf and other contemporary sculptors in a natural setting, and provides educational experiences that encourage the understanding and appreciation of sculpture.

Committed to inspiring curiosity through exploration, the Buffalo Museum of Science is a non-profit educational institution dedicated to providing relevant science programming and services to children, families, adults, and schools in the Buffalo Niagara region. Through exhibits and interactive science studios designed for multi-generational learning, the Museum showcases its extensive collections of over 700,000 specimens and artifacts representing all facets of the natural world with an emphasis on Western New York. Opened in 1929 in Buffalo’s Olmsted-designed Martin Luther King, Jr. Park, the Museum is currently installing eight permanent interactive science studios to transform its visitor experience by 2017. The Friends are recognized by the National Park Service as the official nonprofit supporting partner of Flight 93 National Memorial. Established in 2009, the Friends now include over 280 members from 18 states. Friends are family members of the passengers and crew, first responders and investigative personnel who responded to the crash site in September 2001, U.S. Capitol employees, members of the media, volunteer Ambassadors, and many others from various walks of life, all with the same goal: to ensure that the story of Flight 93 is always honored and remembered.
