SOL‑LA provides high‑quality performing‑arts and music education to students of all ages and economic backgrounds, emphasizing accessibility, community building, and comprehensive training (individual lessons, ensembles, theory, outreach and school partnerships). To broaden existing workforce educational initiatives that provide the dept of labor performance based outcomes for at-risk and disconnected youth ages 14-24 who have selected careers in the technical performing arts, information technology, cosmetology and barbering.
