The mission of Cadence Theatre Company (CTC) is to inspire and transform our community by presenting contemporary theatrical works that uplift the spirit, challenge the mind, and honor both our individuality and our shared humanity.

Inter Pares is a Canadian organization dedicated to promoting international social justice. In Canada and overseas it works to build understanding about the causes and effects of poverty and injustice, and the need for social change. Inter Pares accompanies communities in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and Canada to create sustainable livelihoods and healthy futures, including humanitarian assistance and human rights protection for people caught up in civil violence. It supports people’s struggles for self-determination and their efforts to challenge structural obstacles to change, accompanying people in their efforts to hold their governments accountable and to promote democratic social and economic policies. Through advocacy and coalition-building, Inter Pares also links social action at home with social change work abroad, promoting relationships of mutual support among activists around the globe. Therapeutic Paws of Canada is a national Non-Profit volunteer organization providing dog and cat visitation resources for human needs (physical, mental, educational, motivational, and socialization) through regular visits to hospitals, residences, schools, etc.

The OCWC's programs are built on its unique hands-on animal care experience with a range of species from flying squirrels to river otters and the expertise gained in resolving over 100,000 human-wildilfe conflict calls. Our programs include: 1)School Program designed to improve the knowledge and understanding of wildlife among students in grades JK-8. It aims to get children excited about wildlife and to help reconnect them to nature. Annually the Centre works with about 1,000 students; 2)The Centre's website offers detailed, cost-effective and humane solutions to human-wildlife conflicts; 3)The OCWC's Community Outreach Programs give workshops at events ranging from Environmental Fairs, summer camps, libraries, gardening clubs and community associations. Through these events the Centre increases the public's understanding about urban wildlife and biodiversity; 4)The Centre builds and maintains strategic partnerships so wildilfe perspectives are considered in planning matters.
