Priority is given to integrated approaches that are communitybased, participatory and innovative, and reinforce civil society and respect local culture. The geographic focus of the Foundation’s work is in East Africa and South and Central Asia.

ESI uses less than 2% of its budget for management and operations. The mission of United Help Ukraine (UHU) is to provide the people of Ukraine with critical support that will enable them to survive in the face of adversity, to defend and regain their sovereign territory, and to rebuild and thrive well into the future. UHU is committed to maximizing the impact of charitable contributions by providing humanitarian, medical and psychological assistance to those affected by the war. We also focus on raising awareness and advocating for Ukraine to remain a free, democratic and independent nation.

International Medical Corps is a global humanitarian nonprofit organization dedicated to saving lives and relieving suffering through health care training and medical relief programs. Established in 1984 by volunteer United States doctors and nurses, International Medical Corps is a private, nonpolitical, nonsectarian organization. Since 1978, Operation Blessing has touched the lives of millions of people in more than 90 countries and territories, including the U.S.

USA for UNHCR is an independent nonprofit organization that provides support for the humanitarian work of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) through fundraising and education. The organization supports refugee protection and relief programs around the world, meeting needs by providing resources to the world's most vulnerable people. USA for UNHCR also informs Americans about the plight of refugees and the lifesaving work of the UN Refugee Agency.

Project C.U.R.E. was founded in 1987 to help bridge staggering health resource gaps in the developing world by matching medical supplies and modern equipment with facilities in need to empower doctors and nurses with the tools they need to treat disease, deliver vaccines, perform life-changing surgeries and ensure safe childbirth. Project C.U.R.E. operates distribution centers in Colorado, Tennessee, Texas and Arizona and receives donations of supplies and specialized equipment from hundreds of U.S. hospitals and medical manufacturers. Thanks to the dedication of thousands of volunteers nationwide, two to three cargo containers of life-saving aid leave Project C.U.R.E.’s warehouses every week. In addition, Project C.U.R.E. sends volunteer medical teams to underserved facilities abroad to provide free care and train local healthcare staff. Today, Project C.U.R.E. is the world’s largest distributor of medical donations to resource-limited communities across the globe, touching the lives of patients, families and children in 130 countries.

Catholic Relief Services carries out the commitment of the Bishops of the United States to assist the poor and vulnerable overseas. MECA SENDS SHIPMENTS OF AID TO PALESTINE, IRAQ AND LEBANON, AND SUPPORTS PROJECTS THAT MAKE LIFE BETTER FOR THE CHILDREN. WE EDUCATE NORTH AMERICANS ABOUT CHILDREN IN THE REGION.
