To provide a range of programs and services including information, counselling, crisis support and advocacy services for women, children, youth and families who are experiencing physical, sexual and/or psychological violence in their lives. To develop and provide innovative programs that reflect feminist principles. To provide other related services to individuals affected by violence in accordance with a commitment to diversity. The Community Education Development Association (CEDA) is a non-profit inner city community development organization that was established in 1979. CEDA strives to meet the educational needs of our community, focusing on advocacy and programming that addresses the inadequacies of the education system in serving the members of our community. Team of youth, who have passion in social service and compassion towards the sufferings of the disadvantaged sections of the society, came together and formed CHHASE. Our team have clear insight in the socio-economic, education, health and environment issues faced by the downtrodden, under privileged and marginalized segments of the communities. CHHASE NGO India is a non-governmental, non-profit, social service voluntary organization working for an integrated development of women and children of downtrodden segment of the society. CHHASE NGO believes that all human beings are equal and has the right to have good health, shelter, food and minimum standard of living. CHHASE NGO has touched new heights by Regular Activities to fulfil the mission of organization. Our executive committee oversees all the organization's efforts. The committee meets regularly to ensure that all of our teams perform efficiently and to facilitate cross-functional connections. CHHASE NGO have excellent staff, volunteers & members, who are dedicated, are available for any social cause (s) always. They are our real strength to carry the noble cause of uplifting the downtrodden. CHHASE NGO was registered in the year 2001 under TN Societies Registration Act, 25 of 1976. It is also registered under the FCRA, 12A & 80G of Income Tax Exemption Act, 1961. CHHASE NGO is completed due diligence norms and listed with CREDIBILITY ALLIANCE, & GUIDE STAR INDIA. CHHASE NGO has been collaborating with foreign donor agencies, corporate, national donor agencies both governmental and non-governmental towards making meaningful interventions for the cause of poor and needy sections of the society.

SALTHAVEN WILDLIFE REHABILITATION AND EDUCATION CENTRE INC.

Salthaven Wildlife Rehabilitation and Education Centre located in Mount Brydges, Ontario is actively involved in serving Canadians providing both wild animal care and public education. Over 850 animals and birds are admitted annually including Bald Eagles, Chimney Swifts, Eastern Fox Snakes and Peregrine Falcons all presently listed as an Animal of Special Concern as outlined by the Ministry of Natural Resources Species at Risk in Ontario (SARO) List. Salthaven is licensed by the Canadian Wildlife Service and the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources (OMNR). It is a challenge to meet the costs of food, housing, medical supplies and veterinary services each year. Efforts are ongoing to raise funds to accomodate over 4000 calls for help every year. Although licensed by the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources, the centre relies on a team of 100 volunteers, donations and philanthropy to provide care for sick, injured or orphaned wildlife.

The Legal Resource Centre is comprised of a multi-disciplinary team of lawyers, librarians, teachers, and web specialists. The LRC uses a collaborative approach to develop materials and strategies for teaching people about the law.

COED (CONTINUING ON IN EDUCATION QUINTE INC)

C.O.ED. is a Literacy/Numeracy and Living Skills program for adults who have physical and/or developmental challenges. Our learning environment is supportive and modified to meet each individual's needs, background and interests. We provide an alternative for individuals who do not "fit" into traditional workshop settings and larger congregate models of day programs.
