Days for Girls is turning periods into pathways: We increase access to menstrual care and education by developing global partnerships, cultivating Social Entrepreneurs, mobilizing volunteers and innovating sustainable solutions that shatter stigma and limitations for women and girls.

To restore dignity and self-respect to thousands of women. I Support the Girls collects and distributes donations of new/used bras and new sealed packages of tampons and maxi pads to homeless women and girls across North America (and in 4 locations worldwide).

Dawson Community Centre is a non-profit recreational and educational organization that serves over 700 members yearly as well as many non-members. We strive to offer a welcoming atmosphere where people can meet, learn and grow as individuals and support each other to form a stronger sense of community.

Our vision is that all children and youth discover and achieve their dreams and are healthy, successful and active participants in society.

Arm In Arm In Africa partners directly with local community leaders and organizations in South African townships to meet urgent needs for food, healthcare, and education — funding food parcel distributions, health-related programs, and school support to improve long-term opportunity and well‑being.

Girls Incorporated of Upper Canada (Girls Inc.) is a community youth development charity committed to inspiring girls to be strong, smart, and bold. Through research based programming, girls aged 6-18, gain the skills, knowledge and esteem to help them reach their full potential. Girls Inc. is committed to inclusive, non-stigmatizing program delivery provided through collaborative in-school and after school formats. We want to inspire girls to be themselves, to face the challenges of life with strength and courage. We want girls to have confidence in themselves, and to learn skills that will help them achieve their full potential. We want girls to be safe in the world, and to take leadership in creating a world where there is mutual respect for gender, race, and values.

Girls Incorporated of York Region is a non-profit organization dedicated to the healthy development of girls and young women. We recognize the need for programming geared specifically to girls that address their special interests and strengths. As such, our programming facilitates and promotes awareness in critical areas such as self-esteem development, sexuality, career choices, peer pressure, and body image.

Justice for Girls works to promote social justice and an end to violence, poverty and racism in the lives of teenage girls who are low income or homeless. We fight for social justice based on the feminist belief that young women in poverty are the experts of their own experience. We stand beside young women and provide support and resources to them so that girls can act on their own behalf to create personal and social change. We recognize that girls' lack of institutional power and credibility (because of discrimination) is a real barrier to young women regardless of their skills, intelligence, or ability to articulate their needs.

Today, the Boys and Girls Club of Moncton is a leading provider of quality programs to children and youth in the Greater Moncton area that support the healthy physical, educational and social development of more than 1,000 young people and their families each year in the Greater Moncton Area. The Boys and Girls Club of Moncton is made up of trained, dedicated staff and volunteers who provide children and youth, ranging in ages from pre-school to young adulthood, with programs in physical recreation, technology, arts, personal growth and more. The Boys and Girls Club of Moncton also provides meals, family support programs, outreach services and other support to children and youth at risk. Programs are offered primarily during the after-school hours when studies have shown that young people are most vulnerable to victimization and becoming drawn into anti-social behaviors. Our club also offers a variety of programs during evenings and weekends.

The Okanagan Boys and Girls Clubs is an award-winning and accredited provider of programs to children and youth that support healthy physical, educational and social development for over 5,000 young people and families each year throughout the Okanagan Valley. Each Center creates a safe, supportive environment where children and youth experience new opportunities, overcome barriers, build positive relationships and develop confidence and skills for life. Our programs focus on an individual’s strengths and capabilities, and all programs embrace the principles of equality and inclusion. We help young people grow healthy, happy, and safe from birth to adulthood, and are a resource and support for parents throughout their family’s involvement with us. The Okanagan Boys and Girls Clubs have 30 clubs or service locations throughout the Okanagan Valley, from Osoyoos to Armstrong.
