Established in 1996, SAR Global 1 – Ottawa Gatineau Volunteer Search and Rescue is a not-for-profit 100% volunteer based organization that assists individuals and communities through search and rescue operations, education and prevention programs, and support to emergency response organizations.

Since 1987, ACCM has been responding to the needs of Montrealers infected and affected by HIV/AIDS. We offer a wide range of programs and services for people living with HIV/AIDS including a Drop In Resource Centre, support groups, a Buddy Program, a Buyers’ Club for food and vitamins and a variety of seminars on HIV/AIDS related topics. All of these services and programs are vital to the hundreds of Montrealers who use them. ACCM also offers education and prevention workshops to schools and other groups in the community. Our prevention work seeks to empower people to make informed decisions about their health and sexuality.

Parent Heart Watch is the national voice solely dedicated to protecting youth from Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) and preventable Sudden Cardiac Death (SCD). Parent Heart Watch leads and empowers others by sharing information, educating and advocating for change.

Manheim Township Fire Rescue will provide the highest level of emergency services, which include fire protection; rescue services; emergency medical services; emergency management; and public education and fire prevention to protect the lives and property of the residents, businesses, and guests of their communities.

Huntington Lake Volunteer Fire Department is a nonprofit volunteer fire and rescue organization that provides fire suppression, medical response, rescue services, community fire-prevention education, and mutual-aid support to the Huntington Lake / High Sierra community and partner agencies.

Invisible Children exists to end violence and exploitation in our world's most isolated and vulnerable communities. We work alongside Central African leaders to create innovative programs that connect isolated communities and equip them to prevent and recover from violent conflict.

The Sexual Health Network of Quebec (SHNQ), an affiliate of the Canadian Federation for Sexual Health, is a provincial, non-profit, bilingual organization, which is devoted to the cause of sexual health. By providing access to accurate and comprehensive information regarding sexual health to youth across Quebec, SHNQ intends to promote sexual health through education, including the prevention of unintended pregnancies and sexually transmitted infections. SHNQ works locally, regionally, and provincially to ensure the delivery of thorough programs and services in Quebec. City of Refuge Ministries exists to provide holistic restoration for children who have been liberated from exploitation, abuse, or trafficking. We aim to prevent exploitation at its roots by empowering individuals and communities to eradicate child slavery and achieve personal and community goals.
