The NCMI tag – “Challenged by Faith to end Poverty,” expresses its mission to respond to the causes as well as the results of poverty as an expression of the Christian faith as understood and practiced by members of the Church of the Nazarene.

City of Refuge Ministries exists to provide holistic restoration for children who have been liberated from exploitation, abuse, or trafficking. We aim to prevent exploitation at its roots by empowering individuals and communities to eradicate child slavery and achieve personal and community goals.

Ligonier Volunteer Hose Company No. 1 is a volunteer fire company serving the Ligonier area that provides fire prevention, suppression and emergency response services. The organization relies on donations and local fundraising to maintain apparatus, equipment and station operations and supports community safety and education.

Boiling Springs Fire Rescue (BSFR) provides fire prevention and protection, as well as rescue services to the community. BSFR is governed by an independent Board of Directors, two of whom are representatives appointed by the Town Council. Services are provided as part of contract agreement with the Town of Boiling Springs.

The Kamloops brain injury association serves individuals with acquired brain injuries, their families, caregivers and associates by offering specialized programs and lifeskills education. KBIA also facilitates education and awareness regarding acquired brain injury and offers prevention and safety workshops and seminars to the community.

Huntington Fire Company is a 100% volunteer fire company serving the Huntington neighborhood of Shelton, CT. It focuses on preserving life, property, and the environment by providing fire suppression and rescue services, promoting prevention and public education, and maintaining readiness through ongoing training and community service.

Founded in 2002, She Is Safe prevents, rescues and restores girls and women from abuse and slavery in high risk communities around the world, equipping them to build whole new lives. Our goal is to make every high-risk girl safe, free and equipped.

York Region Abuse Program (YRAP) is a non-profit agency dedicated to child abuse prevention and treatment. All of our services are founded on the belief that the community MUST WORK TOGETHER to end childhood sexual abuse. All services are provided at no charge to residents of York Region.

At Coverdale, we provide information and emotional support to women/female youth during the court process. We provide a continuum of care for women/female youth through counseling, advocacy, referrals to community resources/organizations, education and preventative programming to meet the needs identified by clients.
