PLEIS-NB offers free publications about the law, a variety of family, civil and criminal law self-help guides, a Family Law Line (1-888-236-2444), an informative website www.legal-info-legale.nb.ca, a speaker’s bureau, and a video lending library. We also offer a range of products and training on family violence and youth justice. We sit on many committees and undertake significant law related projects annually.
L.I.F.E. For Health seeks out small-scale, high-impact projects that deal with the underlying causes of poverty and poor health, assisting individuals and communities achieve sustainable, long-term improvements. We currently have active projects in the Philippines and Rwanda. L.I.F.E. For Health is run by a volunteer Board of Directors and is staffed by volunteer members. All of our profits go to our projects.
The Arctic Children and Youth Foundation and its board of directors understand and are committed to making change and focusing on the Children and Youth of Canada’s Arctic Region under the following Rationale; Arctic children and Youth are in a crisis of transition, Arctic children and youth need a strong representational voice, There are major gaps in the research related to Arctic children and youth, Arctic children and youth require Arctic appropriate programs.

EECOM does not duplicate services already offered by other national organization involved in EL. We provide a vehicle for existing national, provincial and local EL organizations and individuals from various sectors to share ideas, programs, research, resources, events and services. As a comprehensive network and national voice for environmental education, we strive to strengthen and improve EL in Canada. Our activities range from organizing vibrant annual conferences to disseminating research findings, recognizing excellence in environmental education and providing the only national link for Canadian educators with an interest in EL.
