Kupona and CCBRT's mission is to prevent disability and maternal and neonatal mortality and morbidity and to provide equitable access to affordable, quality medical and rehabilitative services. With a direct link to local activities, Kupona ensures maximum return on donor investment and programmatic benefit for CCBRT and its patients and clients. Supporting development of CCBRT's new maternal and neonatal health facility is a priority for Kupona Foundation.

DISTRESS CENTRE OF OTTAWA AND REGION

We are the people who are here, day or night, 24/7, to answer the calls from those who are reaching out for help. Callers may have simple questions. Or they may be in crisis. Either way, with 181 volunteers answering nearly 40,000 calls a year, we provide an integral, important and vital service in the community. At any given time of day or night, people out there require our help. Whether they’re depressed, lonely, overwhelmed or so distraught they’re contemplating suicide, they will find a supportive and caring person at our end of the line. People of all ages, races, genders and social-economic groups call our confidential service. Patient, understanding and giving, Distress Centre volunteers are trained to listen, talk through concerns or provide community resource information. In other words, whatever is needed, our volunteers are there. What else do we do? We provide training for other community groups. Our renowned trainers provide training on diverse topics.

The Berwyn Fire Company provides fire suppression, rescue, EMS, and fire prevention services for the people who live, work and travel through 14 square miles of Tredyffrin & Easttown townships with a population of 40.150 residents. The coverage area spans north to south from Valley Forge National Park to Newtown Square. East to west from the Chester County line in Strafford to roughly the middle of both townships, including sections of US Route 202 and the PA turnpike.

The Niagara Safety Village is a registered non-profit organization that provides hands on safety and injury prevention educational programs to the residents of Niagara and Haldimand/Norfolk. The Niagara Safety Village provides onsite safety education programs to over 7100 students annually and those numbers continue to grow. We strive to be the resource for safety information for all residents across Niagara. Our programs would not be possible without the support and strong partnerships we have maintained and increased over the last 10 years.
