Most of us first met each other there in the 1970’s and 1980’s before Sierra Leone plunged headlong into civil war."

Ecosource is all about changing the world, right in our own backyard! We are leaders in grassroots environmental education in Peel Region and across Ontario. Our staff team works in schools and throughout the community, delivering interactive learning experiences that inspire youth and adults to take responsible personal environmental actions that make a huge difference to the health of the planet. We are proud to work with over 40 000 youth and adult community members annually!

Calgary Urban Project Society (CUPS) is a not-for-profit centre in downtown Calgary. Offering collaborative and holistic services in the areas of health care, education and housing, CUPS helps individuals and families make the transition from poverty to stability. ASTRA is a local grass-root non-governmental organization dedicated to the eradication of all forms of trafficking in human beings, especially in women and children, as well as an efficient search for missing children and protection of children after they have been found, applying a comprehensive approach, with the aim of eliminating this specific form of violence by promoting a society free of all forms of exploitation, violence, discrimination and economic and social inequalities.
