The Canadian Coalition for the Rights of Children is a national group of individuals and organizations dedicated to children's rights. Activities are supervised and implemented by a volunteer board of directors, who are elected by the members.

Phoenix is a CARF-accredited agency offering a broad range of child, youth and family services including family preservation, mental health outreach, supervised access, intensive parenting support, individual and group supports for children and youth in and out of government care. We also offer a host of services for persons with developmental disabilities including community-based, community inclusion programs, individual and group support for persons living with caregivers but wishing to increase their independence and engagement in the community, individualized services for persons with high support needs and supported employment services.
