Established in 2010, the Women's Support Center (WSC) is the premiere domestic violence (DV) center in Armenia dedicated to preventing and addressing domestic abuse. We work to protect, rehabilitate, and empower survivors and change the legal, educational, and social conditions that contribute to a culture of silence around DV. We make change in three key areas: service delivery, prevention, and strengthening of institutional responses. The WSC offers a 24-hour hotline, psychological counseling, legal aid, 2 safe houses, life and parenting skills education, and professional training, including a successful economic empowerment program. We advocate for women's rights and mobilize communities to change individual knowledge and attitudes about violence against women. Finally, we work at an institutional level to create community-based protection and accountability systems, enhance the capacity of key decision-makers, and support the implementation of multi-sectoral policies, action plans, and legislation. Annually, the WSC's 24-member staff provides comprehensive services to over 1,000 women and children, nearly 300 of whom require safe shelter. Today, many of our beneficiaries are living free of abuse, which has had a powerful ripple-effect on their families and communities at large. The WSC has a long history of successful partnerships with the police, ministries, and other government agencies as well as women's organizations and other community-based organizations. We have trained thousands of police, social workers, psychologists, students, health care providers, and other state and civil society service service providers across Armenia to apply best practices and strengthen the institutional DV response. Considered experts in our field, we are periodically called on by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (MLSA), Council of Europe, UNHCR, and other agencies with whom we partner to lead DV training sessions. Additionally, we have produced and disseminated social work standard operating procedures, shelter best practices, and a police guideline. Our engagement and interventions with the MLSA and other key stakeholders have yielded significant outcomes: At the MLSA's request, we helped draft a 3-year National Action Plan and offered amendments to several sub-legal police orders. Moreover, the WSC played a pivotal role in dramatically improving DV legislation by presenting a comprehensive package of proposals to its authors, most of which were incorporated into the final legislation in 2024. Finally, the WSC was chosen by the MLSA in 2020 to lead a large-scale program to establish DV support centers in every province of the country. These centers are partially subsidized by the state and have come together as members of the Coalition of Domestic Violence Support Centers, founded and led by the WSC. Our database structure and intake forms have been approved by the MLSA as standards, and the WSC is responsible for ensuring that all DV support centers operate using a standardized approach and work together as a cohesive unit-ultimately enhancing the DV response nationwide.

Internews Ukraine (IUA) is one of the biggest agencies in Ukraine's non-governmental sector. Established in 1996, it has been working tirelessly to implement projects that strengthen the professional capacities of media organizations, increase media literacy, support social journalism, new media, and media rights. One of the key directions of the organization's work is in the sphere of communications, specifically implementation of informational campaigns on social issues, media production, PR and communications support, trainings and consulting. IUA's mission lies in strengthening European values in Ukraine through developing its media sector.

Every day, lives are changed by a single, selfless act - the gift of organ donation. Among those waiting for transplants are 2 groups of people: those who die waiting and those who receive the gift of life. Our work raises awareness of the urgent need for organ and tissue donors while helping recipients who have overcome the impossible to live life to the fullest. These individuals have faced life's greatest challenges; they are advocates for the cause but need resources, education and community. Transplant recipients have a unique opportunity to advocate for organ donation and raise awareness. Physical activity plays a crucial role in the recovery and long-term health of recipients. When recipients compete in world events, they demonstrate to the world what can be achieved through the gift of organ donation. Additionally, our programs provide recipients with community, tools, and resources to address the many challenges they face, leading to an increased quality of life. The WTGF promotes amateur sport amongst recipients, living donors and donor families; promoting the study of transplantation; educating the public and raising awareness of the world shortage of donor organs; sharing new knowledge from biological/clinical studies; promotion of mental and moral improvement for recipients, living donors and donor families; fostering international friendship and relations.

KNE Sustainability Institute is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting global sustainable thinking and action. Our goal is to accelerate the dissemination of sustainability knowledge through modern media and e-learning. We are funded through partnerships, grants, and collaborations with organizations committed to sustainability and regeneration. Our key initiatives include the Global Goals Compass, a tool that provides guidance on the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and ReGen.rocks, an interactive social learning platform designed to educate young people on sustainability, connect them in a social network and match them with regenerative projects. Additionally, we connect researchers in the field of sustainable development, create innovative e-learning programs, and support companies and organizations in effectively implementing sustainability and regeneration strategies. The mission of the "For Equal Rights" Education Center NGO is: To PROMOTE the development of civic consciousness, enhancing values based on rule of law, creation of culture of discussions and debates by enlarging the opportunities of freedom of speech and pluralism. To STIMULATE youth and CSO participation in social and political affairs, increase their influence on decision making process and raise the accountability of the public institutions. To CREATE an alternative dialogue platform for meetings, discussions and debates for representatives of civil society, youth, academia and field of culture, media, policy makers and public figures. To RAISE issues of public concern and create a new field for comprehensive discussions on these issues. To BUILD the capacity of youth, civic activist groups and media representatives and promote development of legally conscious and demanding civil society.

Bridge of Hope NGO is strong local non-governmental organisation, with an effective management and well established financial system, material resources and technical expertise in the field of disability and human rights. The NGO is recognized by national and local authorities and civil society partners in Armenia as the local initiator of inclusive education in the country and an NGO committed to the rights of children with disabilities to equal opportunities in education and community life. Bridge of Hope" (BOH) Armenian NGO is founded in 1996 by parents of children with disabilities and committed individuals from the field of health, education and social protection. Since then BOH has been promoting the disability as human rights issue and promotes the social inclusion of children and youth with disabilities so that their basic human rights are respected and implemented, they are able to make decisions on issues affecting their lives, live independently and with dignity and as active citizens participate equally in all community affairs. BOH programs are developed based on human rights and inclusive approaches for all children and youth including those with disabilities and with other forms of vulnerability. Thus, the organization's development work has influenced paradigm shift in existing approaches to disability issues in Armenia towards the reinforcement of social model of disability in Armenia. BOH has got strong cooperation with Local and National Governments, international organizations and civil society networks for promoting inclusive education and disability rights in Armenia. Since 1999 BoH projects have been focused on promoting inclusive policies, services and education to enhance equal protection and respect towards the rights, potential and dignity of all children who face exclusion, isolation and neglect because of disability and vulnerable social background. More than 25 different projects are realized since that time with financial support of many international organizations in collaboration with governmental and nongovernmental institutions. All the projects have had impact on education and social protection policies in Armenia. Due to this successful advocacy and cross-sectorial cooperation, inclusive education became a reality in Armenia. The development of inclusive education in has become a state policy and the government is committed to further the sustainable development of inclusion and equity in its education policies and the development agenda. For the contribution in development of inclusive education in Armenia, NGO "Bridge of Hope" has been awarded the Highest Award of the Ministry of Education of Armenia - Gold Medal. In 2014 "Bridge of Hope" became the winner of UNESCO Emir Jaber al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah International Prize 2013 to Promote Quality Inclusive Education for Persons with Disabilities (also please visit www.bridgeofhope.am). BOH community based services is another direction of its development work directed to creation of equal access for children and youth with disabilities to community life and independent living. In between 2001-2004 BOH has opened 5 centers for "Child Development and social inclusion" in Yerevan and 4 regional centers of Tavush Marz - Dilijan, Ijevan, Berd and Noyemebryan. These centers have become doorways from exclusion to inclusion for hundreds of young children and youth with disabilities and their families. The municipalities of Dilijan, Ijevan, Berd and Noyemebryan have provided these centers big buildings free of charge and cover 15% of running costs of the centers through the community budgets. Every year BOH raises funds from different national and international donors to keep the centers functioning and serving to more than 500 children and youth with disables and their families. Up to date about 1200 children and youth with disabilities (with physical, hearing and visual, intellectual, mental, behavioral and emotional problems) benefitted from BOH inclusive services, many of them have become a productive and active adolescents and youth leading independent and dignified lives.
