PROSHIPS Goal is to improve the ultimate socio-economic and cultural condition of the community through the development of the most disadvantaged, vulnerable people, women, children and the people with disabilities to ensure their equal rights and opportunities for participation in the mainstream development. PROSHIPS has been working with the vision to promote development programs in the community to improve the overall socio-economic and cultural condition of the disable , most disadvantaged children , adolescent, of the community. Special emphasis is given on preventing disability, ensuring maternal child health, adolescent family life education and reproductive health education, restoration of child/ human rights and human resource development. PROSHIPS have been trying to implement action programs with the active involvement and participation of the community people. PROSHIPS aspire for a suppression free society with prosperity, peace and equity where all people could get proper opportunity and equal rights to develop.

The Mission Statement Of Blind Education And Rehabilitation Development Organization (BERDO) Is to rehabilitate the people with disabilities In The community by income generation, education, training and treatment facilities beside the normal people to relate with the social main stream.

We are committed to using sport as a tool to develop the disadvantaged and vulnerable youth. We do this by; 1. Using direct sports coaching - for its health benefits, improved emotional well being and increased life skills (teamwork, leadership, decision making, communication). 2. Using sport to discuss critical issues - by delivering curriculums on topics such as HIV / AIDS awareness in a fun and interactive manner on the sports field. 3. Using sport for improved education - by providing pathways to success for talented and dedicated individuals through scholarships to top local schools and tertiary education.

Develop other essential local services according to needs and capacities. -Conduct systemic diagnoses of waste and sanitation management and propose initiatives adapted to the context and available resources, preferably in support of communities and local authorities. -Mobilize and involve all stakeholders in setting up high-impact social projects that are ultimately economically viable and self-sufficient.
